Outlook: Color Code Emails from Certain People

Note: This does not apply to "Outlook Express"
With Outlook, you can Color Code emails as they arrive in your Inbox. Color coding helps target specific messages. Here's how... (works in both Outlook 2003 and 2007)

Assign a color to a message from a specific person.
1. Select a message from a person that you want to change to a color.
2. From the Tools menu, select Organize
3. Select the "Using Colors" tab.
4. Beside "Color messages", select from or sent to.
5. The information from the selected message should be listed.
6. Select the color you want to use.
7. Click Apply Color.

All matching emails currently in your Inbox will immediately reflect the new color.
